Virtustructure provides powerful infrastructure for hosting containers, AI agents, and automated workflows. With that power comes responsibility. This policy sets boundaries to keep the platform safe and reliable for everyone.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Virtustructure to engage in, facilitate, or support any activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. This applies to all hosted workloads, deployed containers, AI agents, exposed services, APIs, websites, and any content you create, store, or distribute through the platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, the following activities are expressly prohibited: distributing malware, ransomware, or other malicious software; conducting unauthorized access or network scanning against systems you do not own; hosting phishing pages, fraud schemes, or deceptive content; sending unsolicited bulk communications or spam; mining cryptocurrency without explicit authorization; operating illegal marketplaces or facilitating illegal transactions.
Content Restrictions
You may not use the platform to host, store, generate, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that incites violence or terrorism, content that promotes illegal discrimination, or content that violates intellectual property rights of others.
You are responsible for all content generated by your AI agents, automated workflows, and hosted services. The fact that content was generated by an agent or automation does not relieve you of responsibility for ensuring it complies with this policy and applicable law.
Resource And Infrastructure Abuse
You may not use the platform in a manner that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the availability or performance of the platform for other users. This includes consuming disproportionate resources, attempting to bypass usage limits or metering, launching denial-of-service attacks from or against the platform, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform infrastructure.
Automated processes, agents, or scripts that generate excessive load without a legitimate operational purpose may be throttled or suspended without notice.
Security Violations
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Virtustructure system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures, unless expressly authorized in writing. You may not intercept, monitor, or forge communications to or from the platform.
If you discover a security vulnerability, you must report it to security@virtustructure.com promptly and refrain from exploiting or disclosing it until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
Third-Party Services And Compliance
When using third-party services, APIs, or models through Virtustructure, you must comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of those providers. Violations of third-party terms that result in service disruptions, penalties, or liability to Virtustructure may be treated as violations of this policy.
If your use of the platform is subject to specific regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, or financial regulations, you are responsible for ensuring your configurations, workloads, and practices meet those requirements.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, throttling resources, suspending or terminating access, removing content, and reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of this policy are not eligible for refunds. We may, at our sole discretion, provide notice before taking enforcement action, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, other users, or the public.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the platform that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@virtustructure.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
